Experience and Background
My experience and background stems from 10+ years supporting RTO CRICOS GTO providers across audits, compliance, governance, registrations and complex regulatory matters and a further 20+ years experience in Operational Management Roles across three industries.
My experience includes supporting and overseeing compliance across more than 50 RTO, CRICOS and GTO providers annually within a consulting environment. This involved managing diverse regulatory requirements across a wide range of provider types, delivery models and risk profiles.
This work extended across audit preparation, rectification strategies, policy and system development, governance guidance and complex regulatory matters, including coordinating and leading compliance teams across both onshore and offshore operations.
I have also worked within an RTO, from admissions through to operations, providing firsthand insight into the realities of balancing compliance obligations with staffing, systems and day-to-day delivery.
